1) Place your order using our order cart.
You will be asked to select the sizes of each Haven product. Please always take a moment to measure your existing frames to ensure they match our standard Haven sizes. You will find our dimensions in the description of each product in your cart. Please measure twice and order once for accuracy. Also please provide us with an email and cell number to share with our shipping partners. This makes it easy to coordinate with their drivers. It often comes faster than you think.
2) Complete the shipping instructions page.
Our system will calculate the taxes for you. The next page allows you to select the method of payment. We are always adding to the list of payment partners to make this as easy as possible. Please double check details for accuracy.
3) Confirmation of order. Shipping
You will receive an email to confirm your order. Haven's are always fresh and we expect to cure and hand assemble it with-in 1-2 days of your order, depending on demand.
By the 3rd day, you should receive shipping details from a chosen shipping partner. Haven is not your first point of contact for order tracking. Please consult your tracking email for details related to coordinating a delivery on-line. When your tracking indicates "out for delivery" this means your Haven is close. They will attempt to deliver between 9AM-7PM (Monday-Friday). If they miss you, your Haven will be left on your doorway. If they deem your location unsafe for delivery they will make a second attempt the following day. Please contact them if you miss them twice in a row.
