A Note from our Founder

I've been putting off writing this letter for about six months.

Not because I didn't know what to say — but because I kept thinking the pressure would ease. Freight costs, fuel surcharges, the ripple effect of tariffs on every input we buy. Our suppliers raised their costs in late 2025. And each time, we made the same call: we absorb it. Don't touch the price. Don't touch the product. Find another way.

We've run out of another ways.

Effective June 1st, Haven's pricing will reflect what it actually costs to build and deliver the product we're proud of. I won't dress that up. It's a cost increase and it's real, and it's not temporary.

What I can tell you honestly: nothing about the product is changing. The materials are the same. The manufacturing is the same — right here in Canada. The obsessive attention to what actually makes people sleep better is the same. The increase is entirely the cost of getting it to your door, and refusing to substitute our way to a cheaper version.

If you've been thinking about a Haven mattress or any of our products, ordering before May 30th locks in today's pricing. And if the timing isn't right for delivery — that's fine. We'll hold your order and ship whenever you're ready, up to 60 days out. No pressure, no rush.

I believe Haven remains the best value in natural sleep in Canada. I sleep on one every night.
