The Plan: What We Do

Our plan has three key pillars:

We handcraft our mattresses in Canada using natural and plant-based materials. Why? Because local craftsmanship means better quality control, more jobs for Canadian communities, and a dramatically smaller carbon footprint than shipping mass-produced products from overseas.

2. Design Backed by Science

We work with sleep experts, chiropractors, and materials engineers to design products that truly improve your rest. Every Haven mattress is made-to-order to ensure freshness and longevity—no warehouse dust, no stale foam.

3. Impact Beyond the Bedroom

A portion of every purchase supports our social and environmental initiatives, from partnering with Mamas for Mamas to donating comfort returns through Second Slumber—helping families in need while keeping mattresses out of landfills.

Why We Do It

We could take shortcuts use cheaper synthetic materials, offshore production, or sell one-size-fits-all products but we don’t. Here’s why:

• Because the planet can’t wait. Using vegan foams, CertiPUR-US® certified materials, and REPREVE® recycled fibres reduces our environmental footprint today not someday.
