CARE FOR YOUR NEW MATTRESS
  1. BODY IMPRESSIONS: The materials used in this mattress are designed to  conform to your body’s individual contours. Normal settling of materials is to  be expected and is not structural or manufacturing defect.
  2. MOVING: Do not bend, fold or stand your mattress as internal damage may result. Do not stand or jump on the mattress. It is not built for that kind of weight concentration. By carrying a mattress on it’s side, it is less likely to get damaged. It should be stored flat.
INSTITUTIONAL AND COMMERCIAL
Haven Mattresses used in institutional or commercial applications are not specifically designed for this purpose and are not covered under this warranty.  Commercial and institutional products sold direct to the business/institution will have the proper corresponding law label and warranty code affixed.

IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The mattress must be continuously supported by a foundation. For slatted frames in Double, Queen, King and California King sizes, a longitudinal central beam with a center leg support is required.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE MATTRESS
  1. Rotate the mattress every month for the first 6 months, every 3 months thereafter
  2. Never bend a foam mattress more than 30 degrees.
  3. Use a quality bed frame. To avoid structural damage and voiding of your warranty, double, queen and king size sets must also be used with a rigid center support with a leg.
  4. Do not get the mattress wet.
  5. Use a mattress encasement to keep the mattress clean and healthy.
  6. If you purchased a mattress only, it must be supported by an acceptable foundation or bed frame that prevents the mattress from bending/bowing.
  7. Do not use an iron or excessive heat on the mattress

2-Year Hassle-Free Warranty

Your adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During such time, Ergomotion will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser, any warranted part(s)* found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any defective part.

5-Year Parts Warranty

During years 3 through 5 from the original purchase date, the manufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/mechanical part(s)* ONLY with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation costs of said part(s).

10-Year Limited Warranty

Specifically, the manufacturer warrants that for a full 10 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used will be covered. For purposes of this 10-year warranty, it specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator lift motors, massage motors, control box, remote controls, power supply, and all power supply cords. The purchaser must pay 1/5 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the number of years after the fifth year from the original purchase date. The manufacturer’s liability also must be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) ONLY with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and freight costs for said part(s).
