Since every Haven mattress is hand made fresh to order, we can customize your comfort. If you want to keep the firmness and support of the HIBER firm mattress but soften the top layer further. For an additional charge we can add another 2" of plush top padding to the top layer. Mattress height will be 8" on the plush version.

Free Shipping coast to coast in Canada and the contiguous United States. Territories and remote areas may have a surcharge per item based on weight and size of the product.

FedEx delivery normally takes 1-4 business days depending on location.
All Haven mattresses (except custom sizes) feature a 100-night comfort sleep trial.
To reduce waste we only offer 1 mattress return per household. We encourage you to buy 1 to try before ordering multiples for this reason.

Measurements & Dimensions

We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation:

Twin: 38" x 74", 22 lbs (ideal as a youth bed)

Twin XL: 38" x 79", 24 lbs (ideal for a tall single sleeper, or use 2 of them together for a Split King size)

Full: 53" x 74", 31 lbs (ideal for a single sleeper + pet)

Queen: 60" x 79", 37 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers)

King: 76" x 79", 47 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers + pet)

My kid and us love it!

We bought the mattress a month ago. We love it! It is firm and soft, we can lay down with our little one every night when he goes to sleep. We put it on the floor and he aso likes playing on it! The height is great-allows him to come in and out easily and it’s ok when he has fallen out of the bed at night! 100% recommended!

Great mattress, love how thin it is

Bought this as our guest mattress because it's nice and thin and can be stored easily. Comfort is the same as a standard width mattress. Great quality and the customer service was very good. Happy to be supporting a Canadian company.

Unboxing Instructions

Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.
Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.
Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

How firm are these mattresses? What is APR?

We offer range of firmness and contouring across our most popular mattresses. We use High Density Bio foam as it is very firm. This is ideal for additional support that's needed for proper spine alignment. This works in harmony with the innerspring coils found in our hybrid models. See More
