1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.

2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.

3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

Excellent Customer Service!

My husband and I were so happy with our two previously purchased Haven mattresses, that we recently bought our third. I love that there is no odour/off gassing and eco-friendly products are used. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and supportive. Our house guests have also loved sleeping on them and some have even purchased their own. Side Sleeper JOY !!!!

Both of us are hard-core side sleepers and can never find a comfy enough mattress. It's not too soft that it bends your back and causes any pain. I actually fell asleep the first night and woke up exactly in the same spot. I stepped out of the bed, folded over the cover, and bingo..the bed was made. Really appreciate a company finally started making beds for folks like us. Will buy another in the Summer for our camper.
