Free Shipping coast to coast in Canada and the contiguous United States. Territories and remote areas may have a surcharge per item based on weight and size of the product.

FedEx delivery normally takes 1-4 business days depending on location.
All Haven mattresses (except custom size and RV) feature a 100-night comfort sleep trial.
To reduce waste we only offer 1 mattress return per household. We encourage you to buy 1 to try before ordering multiples for this reason.

We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation:

Twin: 38" x 74" (ideal as a youth bed)

Twin XL: 38" x 79" (ideal for a tall single sleeper, or use 2 of them together for a Split King size)

Full: 53" x 74" (ideal for a single sleeper + pet)

Queen: 60" x 79" (ideal for dual sleepers)

King: 76" x 79" (ideal for dual sleepers + pet)

California King: 72" x 84" (ideal for tall dual sleepers)

1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.

2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.

3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

This is our third haven mattress (we now have one in each size) and all have been very comfortable. Only complaint with the most recent purchase was the delivery company used (Loomis) was very difficult to deal with.

Just soft enough

This LUX pillowtop Hybrid mattress with advanced pressure relief is great for me as it is soft enough to sink into, but firm enough to not get a sore back. Hubby would prefer it to be even softer. I love this bed. My only suggestion to buyers is that you include the trial waiver. Do not select the loyalty gift instead, even if you're sure you know which mattress you want. Customer service was excellent; this company wants to keep their customers happy. I have bought 3 beds from this company.

We offer range of firmness and contouring across our most popular mattresses. We use High Density Bio foam as it is very firm. This is ideal for additional support that's needed for proper spine alignment. This works in harmony with the innerspring coils found in our hybrid models. See More
