1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.

2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.

3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

AMAZING and Highly Recommend!

I was looking for a new mattress and wanted something that was nontoxic yet comfortable as we spend most of our time sleeping and I've been more mindful about creating a less toxic home with products I buy. Doing lots of research on the internet, I came across Haven Mattress Co. and it definitely caught my attention. Quality is amazing for the price and such a great mattress! - Soft yet Firm which was exactly what I was looking for. I usually am not the type to write reviews but I wanted help people who are in the same shoes as me, looking for a new mattress. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend! I hope this company continues to keep this same level of quality going forward for many years to come!

We stayed at an Inn in Muskoka and had the very best sleep. The keeper was super nice and shared Haven as the place they get all the beds and sheets. We ordered and picked up at the factory in Toronto. Very happy to support local and our backs at the same time.

We're looking at the HavenHyber kids beds now too.

No chemical smells. Very firm from the bottom layer and great soft and contouring on top.

Fixed my back pain after 2 months. Super impressed with the quality. We'll be back for more.

Was surprised a King mattress would ship in such a small box. Good combo of soft-top and firm support from the bottom. So you sink in just enough to feel the firmness but not too much to get stuck.

We lost our house to a fire. Our insurance adjuster recommended we try a Haven, We weren't super comfortable buying on line, but we thought it worth trying for 1 of the kids beds. Well it was better than the premium beds we lost, but it only cost $600. So we replaced all the beds with new Havens. Sleeping better than ever. Thanks
