At the foundation of Contour is our Adaptive Zoned Core, engineered to provide targeted support while allowing the mattress to move naturally with your body.

Unlike a traditional solid foam block, its channel-cut construction creates flexibility where it's needed most. Thoughtful zoning provides greater support through the hips and lower back, with more give around the shoulders and legs.

Above the core, Copper Foam and natural Talalay latex create a responsive transition between surface comfort and deeper support.

The channel-cut design also encourages airflow through the mattress and allows it to flex naturally with adjustable bases.

Which side should I sleep on?

Start on the medium side (5/10) if you sleep on your side or back and want pressure relief. Choose the firm side (8/10) if you sleep on your back or stomach, or prefer a lifted, on-top feel. You can flip it any time.

Does it work on an adjustable base?

Yes. The channel-cut Flex Core flexes naturally in every position. The Contour also works on platform beds, slatted bases and box spring foundations.

How long does shipping take?

Made fresh to order each week in our Eastern and Western Canadian production facilities. Standard mattress sizes are typically ready to ship in 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by destination.

Special orders, Limited Editions and one-of-a-kind custom builds may require additional production time. Have a deadline? Contact Haven Care before ordering—we will do our best to accommodate.

What are the trial and warranty terms?

Enjoy a 100-night comfort trial. Because a freshly unpacked Haven needs time to adjust, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights before requesting a comfort return. Our team can help with optional comfort suggestions.
