An Important Sleep Tip

Adults need great sleep just as much as kids do. Bedtime routines are very important when improving your sleep.


Create a bedtime routine to prepare yourself for sleep. There are so many different ways you can do this. For example, turning off your phone 30 minutes before head to bed can be a great way to wind down before bed. Your routine may also include reading before bed, having a bath, washing your face or turning on a diffuser with essential oils. Create a routine that you can do consistently everyday need wind down time too. 


Another important tip is to set your bedroom at a cool temperature. You can fall into a deeper sleep faster, in a cooler room.
