Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.
Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.

Finally a Great Night Sleep

Don't be like me and keep buying mattresses. In the past 18 years I have purchased 4 mattresses and I have never found one that I really liked or thought was comfortable. My spose and I either had a sore back or sore shoulders and even sore hips. We decided to give Haven LUX Pillowtop Hybrid Mattress a try. I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing as the purchase was a big one. The mattress arrived 4 days later, The following morning I quickly put the mattress on my adjustable bed frame. That evening we went to bed and when we woke up the following morning. I was surprised as I slept all through the night. I normally wake up in the middle of the night with some part of my body being either sniff or sore. The next few sleeps were even better. Could we have finally found the right mattress? It's now been 3 months and I am very happy to say that: Yes we FINALLY found the right mattress. My spose and I have been getting full restful night sleeps. and not waking up to any sore back, shoulders or hips in the middle of the night. We couldn't be happier. I find myself wanting to go to bed and not worrying about not getting a good night sleep. I'm even more happier in the morning and throughout the day. The mattress that has saved my back

I purchased this mattress on a recommendation from another person, but also because I had slept on that persons bed and I was able to get up off the bed in the morning with ease and able to walk. I have arthritis in my back and struggle to get out of bed in the morning! I can now get up in the morning off the bed and can walk with ease with less back pain! Thank you

Just as lux as it looks!

We just upgraded our cabin mattress to the King size LUX Pillowtop Hybrid mattress, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The mattress is very comfortable, it has great breathability and support and fantastic pressure relief. Our mattress arrived despite the Canada Post strike and the customer service team we've talked to has great communication. I was especially pleasantly surprised that the mattress had zero off gassing and didn't have a smell at all. I'm very smell sensitive so this was greatly appreciated. Unboxing was easy with just my husband and I! The mattress is just as luxurious in person as it looks in photos!
