Have you felt the difference between 6.5 hours of sleep and 7 hours?

by Mike Straus
It’s amazing the difference that just half an hour makes.

Last year, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine published the results of a study conducted on professional baseball players.

Long story short, getting an extra 30 minutes of sleep per night for 5 nights was enough to reduce feelings of fatigue & daytime sleepiness by 30%, and an extra hour of sleep improved cognitive processing speed and reaction time by over 1/10 of a second.
