We remain open for business while the majority of our team are working from home. The safety of all staff is paramount and will always come first. We are attentively monitoring ongoing developments and will continue to support them to the best of our ability.
We are currently able to deliver in 10-14 business days for free. For your peace of mind, we no longer require signatures for proof of delivery. We deliver to your door and will let you know when your product has arrived. At this time, we do not anticipate any delays to our delivery operations.
As our mattresses are made right here in Canada, we’ve made sure all recommended procedures are implemented within our production facilities while continuing production without delays. We have shortened our production day to allow our staff more time for cleaning and rest. We’re following advice from the World Health Organization and local health authorities and all our packaging staff have uninterrupted access to hand sanitizer and personal protective equipment where required and relevant.
Customers must still register with Haven customer care to start this process. Depending on your city, there may be delays for picking up mattresses from customer homes. As communities reduce restrictions on travel and direct contact, appointments between our trucking companies and customers will resume at our preferred level of service. Customers with an opened and confirmed return or warranty claim will be notified with a pick up appointment. If restrictions mean that pick ups must be delayed past 100 nights, customers with a verified return within 100 nights will be honoured. Requests made after 100 nights will not.
We are working hard to put health and wellness at the front of everything we do. Our Safe Haven 10:1 charity donation is operational but we are prioritizing donations to front-line health care workers quarantined from their families.
