Great Pillow!

Complete game changer. I'm super sensitive to smells and had no issues with this bundle and the new Haven HD. Both work well together. I'm mostly back sleeping so I liked that I could take about 40% off the pillow stuffing out. Now I have just enough to support my neck properly. Does the charcoal effect wear out eventually?

Pillows were large, and i like the protector, but these are just not very comfortable especially for how much they were. I would suggest looking for other pillows for your mattress.

Hi Rim. Thanks for the honest feedback. Our production team in Toronto is instructed to slightly overfill those pillows, as they are intended to be customized and adjusted by each sleeper. Side Sleepers- Max Fill recommended. Back Sleeper- 80% Fill recommended (remove 20%) Stomach Sleeper- 60% Fill recommended (remove 40%) We know that 1 pillow won't be comfortable for all sleepers. Please make an adjustment and let us know how it goes. Hopefully we can move up a few stars.
